UnitingCare West provide a diverse range of holistic programs and services which support, serve and empower more than 30,000 West Australians every year. Their programs span the areas of community and family services, disabilities and youth, mental health, independent living and accommodation services.
We work closely with UCW and their Care For A Cup program; a project that supports people experiencing homelessness gain skills and experience for employment in the hospitality industry, specifically as baristas. Upon graduating from this program, their clients will transition to employment with Ground+Co.
Zonta House Refuge support women who have experienced, or are at risk of experiencing family and domestic violence, and provide refuge and transitional accommodation, holistic support services and education to women over the age of 18.
We work closely with Zonta and their Future Employment Connections program; a project that provides tailored and comprehensive employment and training support for individuals who have experienced family or domestic violence with the overall goal of gaining economic independence. Upon graduating from this program, their clients will transition to employment with Ground+Co.
